Lately my internal time clock has had me up much later at night than usual. It might be  that it is lighter out longer so I am active later into the evening, but tonight I did not sit down until 9:00 p.m. and the way I feel right now? Not even close to tired.

The problem is the morning. I am not good at getting up and I hate, I mean I really hate my alarm clock. It can easily take me 3 cycles of snooze to wake up, never mind get out of bed. I have adjusted for this by setting my alarm clock early enough to do this wake up dance, but it seems to be such a “routine”. But it is my routine.

Good for the people that can jump up at 6:00 am and get their daily run in by 7:00 am –

A good friend of mine had her 2nd baby today – a beautiful daughter. I can’t wait to go visit them tomorrow.

Incredibly glad tomorrow is Friday, but rain Saturday – come on….
